EPI, a Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises, Govt. of India was incorporated in the year 1970.

EPI’s performance is undergoing all-round accelerated growth over years as demonstrated by various business parameters like Turnover, Balance Work-in-Hand, Productivity and Profitability. The performance of EPI for the last two consecutive years has been rated as “excellent” on MOU parameters entered with Government of India and all out efforts are already in place to ensure the performance of the company for the year 2007-08 also qualifies for “Excellent” rating.

EPI is providing Project Management services for number of projects of Central and State Governments PSUs, Development authorities wherein the role of EPI is of conceptualization, carrying out feasibility studies preparation of DPRs, project implementation, supervision, financial management and handing over of functional project to its owners.
